Please do remember that FreecoNet has two passwords. User Panel password and VoIP password. To configure devices or software you should use VoIP password. The system generated VoIP and User Panel passwords during FreecoNet account registration. If you are not sure of the password, you can change it. Log into your User Panel and go to Configuration menu >> User >> click on the selected account and in ''Change personal details'' section click ''Change VoIP password.''
Next, a new password should be entered in a device or software configuration.

04. How to unblock Tlenofon gateway?
At present, unblocking VoIP gateways purchased in Tlenofon offer is impossible due to technical reasons. The applied blockade is not only a software restriction but also equipment modification. Even when unblocked, when entering other SIP domain than sip.tlenofon.pl, the gateway will not send any SIP packets to it. A security program, which checks the destination server, will work and if the server is other than sip.tlenofon.pl the gateway will not make a SIP connection.
